AgentSkill.live is a marketplace and directory for agent skills. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including account profile details, usernames, display names, email addresses, skill submissions, uploaded files, support messages, promotion bids, and purchase or sales records.

We collect information automatically, including device and browser metadata, IP address, log data, pages viewed, referrers, approximate location inferred from IP address, and security events.

Payment processors collect and process payment details. We store transaction references, payment status, amounts, currencies, invoices, and marketplace records, but we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate the service, authenticate accounts, publish and rank skill submissions, process purchases and promotion bids, provide downloads, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability, send service messages, respond to support requests, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required for optional processing.

Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with hosting providers, Firebase/Google services, payment processors, analytics or security vendors, professional advisers, law enforcement or regulators when legally required, and successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Public skill pages may show skill content, pricing, ranking signals, files made available for download, and account display information associated with a submission.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, payment flow completion, and service analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some service features may stop working.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Deleted skills may be retained in limited records where required for audits, completed transactions, chargebacks, or legal claims.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. GDPR data protection authorities describe rights including access, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws may also have rights to confirm processing, access data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling, and appeal a denied request where the law provides that right.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where applicable law allows it. We may require proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

We do not knowingly sell personal information. If our practices change in a way that qualifies as a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt-out choices.

California Notice at Collection

Categories we may collect include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location, user-generated content, payment transaction metadata, and inferences needed for fraud prevention or service operation. Sources include you, your device, authentication providers, payment processors, and service providers. Purposes include service delivery, security, payments, support, compliance, and improvement.

International Transfers

Children

AgentSkill.live is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with AgentSkill.live or this website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Kolkata, India.
