These Terms of Use govern your access to AgentSkill.live, including browsing, account use, uploading skill files, purchasing paid skills, and bidding for leaderboard promotion.

Acceptance

By using AgentSkill.live, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your authentication method secure, and promptly notify us about unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

Marketplace Role

AgentSkill.live provides discovery, hosting, payment workflow, ranking, and marketplace tools for agent skills. Skill owners are responsible for their submissions, descriptions, files, pricing, support promises, licenses, and legal compliance. Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether a skill meets their needs before use.

User Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant AgentSkill.live a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process the content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit content and that your content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, export control, or other rights.

Skill Ownership and Monetization

Skills listed on AgentSkill.live may be offered as either free or paid listings. You may not monetize a publicly available skill that does not belong to you unless you have made meaningful modifications that make your version original, distinctive, and independently valuable, or you have explicit permission from the rights holder to sell it.

Any paid skill you list must be your own unique creation, a substantially modified derivative that you are legally allowed to commercialize, or content you are otherwise authorized to sell. You are solely responsible for confirming that your listing, files, descriptions, pricing, and commercialization rights are lawful and do not violate another person's or organization's rights.

If any dispute, claim, takedown request, infringement allegation, ownership challenge, payment dispute, or legal issue arises from a skill you add, the sole responsibility lies with you as the submitting user. AgentSkill.live is not responsible for such disputes or for losses, claims, or liabilities caused by your submission.

We may immediately remove, disable, delist, or restrict any skill from the website if we find, suspect, or receive credible notice that it violates these requirements, infringes third-party rights, misrepresents ownership, or creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not upload malware, credential stealers, destructive code, illegal content, deceptive listings, infringing material, personal data you are not authorized to share, or content that enables abuse. You may not attempt to bypass payments, access paid files without authorization, scrape the service abusively, interfere with security, manipulate rankings, or misuse promotion bidding.

Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Paid skills, promotion bids, and marketplace fees are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices may be shown in USD while gateway charges may be converted to a supported local currency. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, currency conversion costs, bank fees, and payment-provider fees unless otherwise stated.

Promotions and Ranking

Leaderboard promotion is a paid placement mechanism. Promotion bids do not guarantee sales, downloads, engagement, or a particular business outcome. We may reject, remove, or adjust promoted listings that violate policy or create risk.

Third-Party Services and Files

The service may link to third-party tools, repositories, payment providers, or authentication providers. We are not responsible for third-party services. Downloaded skill files are provided by skill owners or generated from public sources and should be reviewed before execution.

Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on AgentSkill.live infringes your rights, contact support@blackdoorapps.com with enough detail for us to identify the content and evaluate the request.

Disclaimers

The service and all skills are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and security. You are responsible for testing skills before using them in production or sensitive environments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentSkill.live will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to AgentSkill.live for the relevant transaction in the three months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify AgentSkill.live from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with AgentSkill.live or this website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Kolkata, India.
