Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for paid skill purchases and leaderboard promotion bids on AgentSkill.live.

Paid Skill Purchases

Because paid skills are digital files that may become available immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

We may approve a refund when a duplicate charge occurred, the payment was completed but files were never made available, the listing materially misrepresented what was delivered, the transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized, or applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Promotion Bids

Leaderboard promotion bids are generally non-refundable after the promotion is activated, because the paid placement begins delivering exposure immediately. We may refund or credit a promotion bid if we fail to activate the promotion, a technical error prevents delivery for a substantial period, or applicable law requires a refund.

Refund Window

Submit refund requests within 14 days of the transaction unless a longer period is required by law. Requests submitted later may be denied if records, payment-provider windows, or seller obligations prevent reversal.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@blackdoorapps.com with your account email, transaction or invoice number, skill name, payment date, reason for the request, and any screenshots or details that help us review it.

Review Process

We may ask for additional information, verify account ownership, review download and access records, consult the skill owner, and check payment-provider status. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually submitted to the payment processor within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may pause the related account or transaction while the dispute is reviewed. Contacting us first often lets us resolve billing issues faster.

Taxes, Fees, and Currency Conversion

Refund amounts may be affected by taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, payment-provider fees, or legal requirements. We do not control third-party bank or processor timing.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights, including rights that may apply under local digital content, payment, or consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with AgentSkill.live or this website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts located in Kolkata, India.
